Along with liquid glucosamine I also give my dog Vitamin E on top of her dry dog food. The reason I give her vitamin e is to help with her bowels and help make her regular, its a good oil for her to have. This way you’re covering all the bases with your dog. As with anything also be sure to bring this up to your veterinarian.
And as a added plus I also top it off with a few scoops of canned salmon, not too much you just want to give them flavor. This also provides Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids plus fish oil to help them with bowels and their coats.
It’s the little things we do for them that helps them out in the long run.
